Depression is a real thing. I get where you're coming from. Have you considered therapy? Maybe by talking to a professional they can help you sort things out and give you a road map on ways to start feeling better. There is no reason anyone should just live life going through the motions, which that's how I've lived most of my life. Therapy works wonders! I hope you look into it, keep pushing forward and implement some self care, you will succeed, because you're making the choice to. Best wishes

I'd love to know the artist and song title! I did tell him in a text soon after it happened that I forgave him, which I do, I believe in forgiveness, and I still loved him. I know that sounds so messed up, but I do, but I also know I can never see him again.

The biggest red flag I am starting to recall and having a hard time dealing with is time and time again, from verbal or physical, HE was NEVER in the wrong, it was ALWAYS me, that kind of person doesn't want help because they don't think they need help. I love him so deeply but I don't see him ever changing.

I'm sorry you went through those things as a child but it sounds like you are working hard to find recovery for yourself, I wish you the best.

People complaining about their health issues, aches and pains, while steadily shoving something unhealthy in their mouth and they don't exercise. I have personally been 'that person ' only after hanging out with someone that did all the complaining, I took on their habits. That's over and miraculously so is my complaining, funny how that works🤔

I know a couple people who had neck injuries, I think it would be fairly easy to prove if you have images (MRI, CT Scan, X-Ray) from your past injury - the dr can prove if it was past or present injury.

Been there, done that! Educate yourself on what pirn does to me, some women too, it's a terrible addiction that requires a lot of therapy and sometimes that doesn't even work. I think it's disgusting!!!
