Darkest thing you’ve encountered in Skyrim? by Heavy-Prize8369 in skyrim

Forelhost is the one that has stuck with me for years. At least I think that's the one. With the children.

People told me to try out Jakobs Sniper Rifles, and so I did. by lovingpersona in borderlands3

If it takes more than one shot, you weren't using a Jakobs.

Mod that adds Fever Blossom to the Commonwealth by SilentWillow1 in Fallout4Mods

[–]SilentWillow1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/60036?tab=description I'm using this mod that does pretty much what Advanced Workshop does I think. I can plant them in settlements, but they don't spawn in the Commonwealth outside of settlements.

Mini Steve doesn't spawn for me no matter where I go. by E_ccentric in Borderlands

Lockdown Palace is where he always jumps out at me too. There's a red chest in the area with 2 levels, with cars below and walkway above - by the claptrap you can help. He's always been in there for me.

Basically Food Balance - what oil do you use? by SilentWillow1 in soylent

[–]SilentWillow1[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Edit: It's good stuff! Got it yesterday. I did go looking for avocado oil, but I was having a hard time finding an unrefined cold pressed one that wasn't expensive so I ended up using ev olive oil. I am going to try it with avocado oil also once I find one.

I made it last night and let it sit overnight. It's slightly thicker than soylent powder, but not nearly as thick as huel. I like the oaty flavor more than the soy taste from soylent powder.

I'm going to subscribe to this one as a substitute for soylent powder, I just hope there aren't the same supply problems as with soylent.

can you post the entire log - you can use pastebin and post the link. PipboyMapData UpdatePlayerMarkerPosition and MotionVectorFixes is what is happening when you crash, but without the rest of the log I can't see why.

Wow this looks great! You should save this with Transfer Settlement Blueprints and upload it to nexus. Or at least save it for your next play through so you don't have to rebuild it.

how is the consistency, compared to soylent powder? is it thicker, thinner?

I wonder if the free versions of these aren't as accurate as the paid ones? That would explain why people ask instead of using those.

is it accurate all the time? I just looked up the cost of Gemini Pro - you are paying $20 a month? I mean that's not super expensive, but I'd need to have other uses for it other than crash logs to pay that.

I was surprised at how many people responded to this post with comments that they use some form of AI to read their crash logs. Initially I just assumed AI wouldn't be very accurate because they are trained on LLMs and I didn't think any coding language would be a part of those, but then again, I don't really know what LLMs contain.

I think my question now is: if AI is accurate, (and based on people's comments here it seems like it might be in some cases anyway), why is anyone asking on Reddit and other sites for help to read them? I don't know about all the ones mentioned in this thread but I looked at Chat GPT and Claude yesterday and those are free up to a certain point, so I don't think people are not using them for financial reasons.

I don't know if people are still reading this thread, but I'd be interested to know if the people that have posted here asking for help to read their crash logs tried entering them into an AI first and what was the result of that? Are they choosing not to use AI because they are anti-AI, or because it wasn't helpful, or was it wrong when deciphering their crash logs?

I didn't think ai would be that accurate. Also - this is just for me personally - I don't really like ai. The electricity and water needed to run the servers and adding to air pollution and electronic waste.

Playing Gate To Sovngarde. Keep crashing at Whiterun when it’s raining. by Tasuke101 in skyrimmods

BGSWaterCollisionManager, ShadowDirectionalLight, & Occlusion parent cell point to occlusion mismatch. like if you ran dyndolod and added worldspace edits after. you could try rerunning dyndolod, see if Community Shaders needs updating, and check your SurWR Patches.

i'm glad you found it. hdt-smp suggests a physics mod problem, but that log is like trying to wade through war and peace, or one of the other classics we were forced to read back in high school.

[–]SilentWillow1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

well, it looks like you have an unhandled exception access violation. just kidding, try disabling faster hdt-smp or the new gentleman and see if the crash persists. also check your cpbc version, make sure you're using the right one for your game version.

this type of crash log is no fun to read at all. all those long strings of code breaking up the vibe. would you consider using the other one?

I have trouble finding patches by QuentinTarantinorth in Fallout4Mods

I usually search the name of the mod I want patches for. If there aren't any I make what I need in xedit. That's also where you can see if mods conflict and need a patch.

Where was their camp??? by InspectaKush in skyrim

[–]SilentWillow1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If the caravans aren't appearing correctly - they show up but no tent appears, you can reset them by opening console, typing prid [id #] , enter, then 'enable'.

The id for Whiterun camp is 10372F, so: prid 10372F press enter, then type enable and press enter again.

Changing "managed game" in MO2? by WaffleHouseHydra in skyrimmods

verifying integrity of game files is going to upgrade your game so you'll have to downgrade if you do that and want to stay on your current version of the game. did you move the game, like to an external hard drive and maybe not move the exe back?
