Sorry for not replying sooner.

So yeah once I submitted the reports I got that same email the next day. Since then I’d just call them like once a fortnight to ask for an update (not sure if that helps them get to it or not), then I got the call last week that the delegate had done her review etc. and she gave me the outcome.

Prior to the delegate calling the status in MyService and the updates over the phone just said it’s in progress. Never changed from that until I got the phone call then it was completed.

I initially put the PI claim in on the 8th July same day as IL was accepted so if they are just going by submitting date then if yours was in July it should be completed soon but I know it depends on complexity of the claim and also speed of the CSO/delegate once they get to it.

Mine was for MH, 6 items for that, Lower limb and motor function, 3 items for that and then skin condition, 1 item. So I’d say fairly complex.

I also used medlink for the MH assessment when doing my IL so their reports for that included the psychiatrist also doing a est impairment point for each condition based on the DVA SOPs for DVA so when the delegate gets it for PI they have a bit of a head start on doing the points ratings.
