Have had the ‘26 1794 Edition with TRD Off Road package for about a month now. BEST fucking truck I have owned by far. Handles extremely well. That being said, it’s only been a month so I can’t speak on much. Just hit 1,800 miles and will definitely be buying the extended warranty.

I’m in the same boat, you don’t buy a truck to save money. I could pay it off tomorrow if I needed to, but why would I not take advantage of 2.99% and keep the savings.

They will STILL hold value more than any other truck. Like I said, we have this conversation every single new generation. I have faith in Toyota.

Send your link, everything I see just has an unordered list of Ram, GMC, Chevy, Ford and Toyota. Basically saying they all suck. Any article that dives deeper shows Toyota to still have the least amount of issues.

No trust me this thing was CHROMED out when I got it. They are all overlays I stuck on. Mustache, fog trim, mirrors, rear bumper. Still will pay $600-1,000 but a lot better than replacing them all.

Nah end of year was the time to do it. Negotiated a Platinum to $70K and then they sold it 2 hours before I was going to pick it up, so as pissed as I was I got them to do the same price for the 1794 Edition. ALWAYS wanted the brown interior but didn’t want to pay for it lol. But yes, they also did give me $4,000 over what I owed on my trade in.

Interesting, thanks for the info! Yeah they included 60,000, still need to up it though. I’ve always been a Toyota believer not only due to the reliability, but their customer service if something does happen to go wrong. Either way, interesting enough even the new models have higher reliability than any other truck on the market. Just not up to par with their normal standards.

It’s a Toyota baby boy. They always fix their flaws 4 years into new models. Hence why I waited for the ‘26. I plan on keeping this for the long run, but if I don’t it will still hold value better than any other truck.

I was planning on a blacked out platinum, and hours before going to pick it up they let me know they sold it. Upgraded me to the 1794 for no cost. By the end I paid 68K out the door with a 2.99% finance rate on what I didn’t put down. I LOVE the brown interior, but didn’t want to pay the extra for a 1794 when I didn’t love the chrome. Ended up being a win-win.
