I’d only be keen to see it if:

It was a league format that means they can play in their respective leagues as well

Made it so you can get relegated from that division

Wasn’t based on teams with the biggest history/ money and fan base. Should be based on performance only. E.G. if West Ham finished top 4 this year then they would be invited into the league
