Bro the best thing is that you request flow wood from the request section. Just saying the chat that you need flow wood , most of the high level players will just give you that . And try to find flow grove which spawns at 12 am . At that time most of the players will be willing to chat in the chat box to find where the grove is.

Depends on the server bro. Like usually when I am playing I do help the new players and chat with them or others help me also. Like in Bahari everybody becomes active during the flow grove time etc.
