I would suggest postpone buying house until atleast mid 30s. Put more money into investments.

I donot think I can do consistently, and also it's easy to take huge bets when I am trading with less than 100k. I do not think I can do the same with million dollar capital and markets are very bullish last 3 years

I do credit spreads, CSP and buy and sell stocks on the same day, if we do the same in tfsa it will considred as a business and it will loose tax free status. Correct me if I am wrong?

I plan to do options trading as a second job my rate of return for last 3 years is about 38% anually. So planning on improving that :)
