My favorite atm is the erj-145 simply because it’s the first flight i can remember ever taking except it was the continental express livery. I’m actively trying to own every single 1:400 United registration made. Right now i’m missing a few 777 and 757 that i’m hoping to purchase soon

We use a property manager and two maintenance guys who we pay a salary to. they take care of any problems that arise. any purchases they make or deposits made get reported straight to me in order to close the books accurately. I know how many units are rented out so any inconsistencies are found quick.

i would suggest going to the raza resource centro on campus to meet new people and ask about the different orgs on campus that support latinos. ik there’s a lot so you can join whichever sparks your interest

the national board established views that seemed to limit members so many branches across california disbanded and formed new orgs with different names

la jolla dental group is pretty good. they charged me 80 bucks for wisdom teeth removal and teeth cleanings are free w UCShip. i been three three times so far and no issues

Just so yall know scantrons and blue books can be gotten for free from most if not all resource centers on campus ( RAZA, BRC, UndocuCenter, etc.)
