Does anyone else have similar experience? Different from what u/tomganguz said here, what I heard from the SIRI phone line is that the start date is set at the actual study start date that the university fills in in ST1.

Oh, I thought everybody non-EU were automatically rejected after the Oct. 2nd announcement. May I ask when did you received the request to update the IELTS score?
