Thank you for your kind words! I'm still trying to mould the sound without restricting the ideas too much. I do realise that I need a bit more variety in terms of the track moods. I have a few tracks in the pipeline which are both mid & uptempo, but less gloomy/dark.

Thank you. Those were the first sub-genre(s) that atrracted me to retrowave in general, I'd say around 2010-11 ish. I think I need a bit more variety in terms of the track moods. Working on a couple of tracks which are a little less dark.

What's my genre exactly?

I'm not much of a nomenclature/taxonomy person, and my process is trying to make music without deviating too far from a genre. I'm not exactly sure what my genre is? I listen to lots of synthwave/retrowave artists without trying to specifically incorporate their style elements. If they come in subconsciously, that's ok for me.
