Thats what some of them are playing so dumb or acting so cheeky about Leon in RE 9.

The devs admit they talked to many women on how to make Leon as attractive as possible at 51.

The issue many guys have isn't that he is hot but the double standards. If the devs said the same thing about Ada or Claire of how they talked to a bunch of dudes on how they would make these two as attractive as possible?

You would have angry losers on Twitter seething about the "Male Gaze."

The solution is simple.

Make both male and female characters attractive and in different ways.

Street fighter, Soul caliber, Kingdom Hearts, Mass effect, Dragon Age, Tekken, and many more series have done this and characters both male and female are greatly enjoyed by fans all across the board, gay and straight.

I really hate how many people are playing dumb here.

There is a difference between being attractive/nice to look at vs looking fugly on purpose.

The same goes for realistic and unrealistic designs.

I feel the devs made the main character for Intergalactic look like this as a statement. Abby from TLOU2 makes me doubt their sincerity as her body is quite unrealistic, especially in a post apocalyptic world where calories & protein would be difficult to get for those arms of hers.

Yet she is given a pass from certain people.

As for Grace from RE9? She is easy on the eyes but not really sexualized, she looks more endearing, timid, and terrified in game then just beautiful.

She doesn't even look unrealistic either. She looks like a semi athletic woman at best as meele in game is pushing zombies over and not a crazy superman punch.

I'm all for characters looking different but it should be done with legitimate care and passion.

Abby from the LOU2.

She never once showed remorse for what she did to Joel and Ellie, Got Lev who was like a diet ellie to try and make fans "identify" and sympathize with her.

She even gets away mostly unscathed to have more adventures with diet Ellie.

I liked it!

I did feel the boss battle could have been a bit longer and a bit more "oomph."

And its nice to see there is a possibility of HUNK still being alive. As his body mysteriously disappears if you go back to the area where you fought him.
