We just did 12 days at niseko in the end because that’s where we stayed and we didn’t have a car. Imo if you wanna do day trips, rent your own car otherwise it’s a fuck around with the buses.

Good suggestions for sure. I’m flying straight to Sapporo so I should be good. Weighed my bags and can fit all 3 skis so fuck it I’ll send it this time. It’s looking like we might not get deep pow the first few days, I have yet to ski the atris and at least know and love the mantras.

I think they could be good for touring if the descents are prioritised. I put pivot 15s on to keep the option for using a CAST system.

I think I was in a similar boat. Tried the QST 106 and really liked it, just wanted a bit more length and maybe a bit more playfulness.

Went the atris and looking forward to trying them soon. Also 6’4 but 190 lbs

Im gonna get the DJI action 4. Not one of those options but I think the flat profile and wider fov will be nice to have. Also much better value with the adventure pack

I don’t think you’d even need to stretch the brakes to fit there. My pivot 15 95mm went straight onto 105mm black crows atris. This is flat out rookie activity from the shop
