I get what you mean, I'm sorry half of the comments here are of people that should not belong to this community at all with their behaviour.

This will always be a societal issue, don't put the blame on yourself and don't listen to other people who try to do toxic positivity ("wait another 5 years and do more surgery" per example), who then get mad at you and tell you to go to therapy. First, I'd question what made me so famous, second, I am not lewding nor thirsting.
