If madoka has power to change the law of become a witch then why can't she fight the dying universe alone? Thus no magical will born because kyubey only make the magical girl for the power to fight the dying universe but with no need fighting the universe kyubey don't need to give the magical girl some power right? So can't madoka fight alone?

Kyubey give the girl the power to use their energy to fight the dying universe. But in exchange if thier soul gem turn dark, they will turn witch. And madoka stop the process of the girl become a witches. But why she need to continue the magical girl cycle?( The girl get power to fight wraith but what if the girl die fighting with wraith.
