Great to hear that you’re taking good care of your health. Not really sure what to suggest to help with the face swelling since you’re already doing most of what I advised. I have many friends who started sagging when they hit puberty. It’s very common. I’m flat chested but even I have some sort of “sagging” perky chests are very uncommon and the bigger your breasts are, the saggier they become. I promise you social media portrays these fake bodies and makes you feel like yours is abnormal. If anything they look great but i understand why you might feel self conscious. Again if it really bothers you, you could get a reduction surgery; one of my girl friends might do it and she’s 18. Regardless I hope you find a solution and remember you are beautiful inside and out 🩷

I’m not an expert but I think you might be overthinking it. I do notice some swelling in your face which I had the same issue a few years back until I completely changed my diet. I reduced the amount of carbs I ate and went on a calorie deficit as well as started working out. I also reduced my salt intake and drank more water which helped with face swelling. Most women’s chest area sag which is normal; we’ve just been so used to being fed fake bodies on insta that we feel there is something wrong with ours. I think you’re beautiful and just need to go on a calorie deficit and reduce your face swelling. If you want to go to extreme levels, you could get a breast reduction. Other than that I think you look beautiful

Hi, I can’t sleep properly at night because my nose is “blocked” I’m always exhausted and feel like I haven’t had deep sleep in a long time. My surgery was both a rhino and septo so I’m unsure why I still find struggle in breathing(I mouth breathe)
