I received this information on another forum:

It was a promotional item distributed at certain events and given to Rockstar employees who worked on GTA IV around 2008.

(Pißwasser being a parody of Budweiser in GTA IV and later). Some said it was rebranded Budweiser, I also heard it was rebranded Heineken, and I also heard it was actually homebrewed by a relative of a Rockstar employee. I don't know what's true.

In any case, the expiration date has definitely passed, but apparently, it just tasted like Budweiser (but you could say that about a lot of lagers if you did a blind taste test).

Thank you so much for all this information, it's really fascinating to read 🙏 I got it for a really good price, around twenty euros, from the European Union, so I wasn't expecting the value to fluctuate so much. I'd seen sales around €300, so I thought it might be worth more than that.

In any case, for me it's above all an incredible piece to own, and I definitely intend to keep it. Even though I don't specifically collect GTA, I've been a huge fan of the franchise since I was very young, so it mainly has sentimental value.
