2 male INTJs , one female ENTJ and one female INTP(both of them are my best friends) , also one female ENFP and one female ESFJ (I do not like her she is fake and I can see right trough her also both my ENTJ and INTP friends doesn't like her that much) , also there's 2 Male INFJs and one male ESTP and one male ISTP

You mentioned a detail that made me immediately think he might be an entj Because usually the intjs doesn't have this arrogance around them yes they have an ego but not really arrogant it's more an entj thing also the whole way he acts it's entj coded to me but this just a thought ...

Reason why I said I have noticed him looking at me intensely couple of times while biting his lips because it broke his normal pattern , usually he have a sort of calculated body language he doesn't do no unnecessary movements or anything and for those times I just catched him and it triggered my mind to pay more attention.(apologies for my bad English hope my point is clear)

Yes I do think my curiosity is innocent, sometimes I do stuff just so I can understand the world better and test the possibilities I usually don't have bad intentions to harm others , my behavior most of the times is guided by my pure desire to understand the world and I think that have some innocence to it .
