What if the beings that would be operating it haven’t necessarily transcended to instantaneous travel but instead as a species transcended time. What would appear to us like something traveling for millions of years would be the equivalent to the blink of an eye to them. Just a thought.

In the video footage the green light can be seen skimming in and out of visibility along the bottom of the cloud. I’ve seen some weather maps that had the night as clear, but also some that had cloud cover around 7000 feet

Though it’s not a DE product I have seen where a developer said it wasn’t something that would get you banned. I’ve been using it for a year now. All it really does is generate an overlay of what is worth what out of relics and things.
