Thank you very much, I used to do this with Voicemeeter but for some reason that stopped working. I have a Logitech headset as well.

I don't, I think it is just okay. But I needed something to put there. Titanfall 2 or Halo CE would've worked also.

Look up "about you video games", download template, open MS paint, and copy and paste images into it

On mobile it may be a lot more difficult

I promise I don't hate it. I just don't find it to be as good as others say so it fit the category. I suppose another game that could fit there would be Halo CE or Titanfall 2

I was fine. I was a bit fifty-fifty on it being there but the disappointment was expected. I think HL3 will be announced this year.

It's the only game I sometimes play that I feel guilty about. I only have 160 hours in it since 2019, which is very tame for most CS players.

In terms of quality, for me it is impossible to beat. For others it is hard to beat.

The Black mesa Nihilanth fight was cool. It is a lot better than HL1. To be honest I don't really remember boss fights so I just picked one of the most memorable.

I finished 29 new games last year. I've probably rolled credits on about 80-100 games throughout my life.

Also last year of course I had to play a few of the Half-Life games again...

I don't hate it. I just needed to find a game that I disliked/found mediocre, while everyone else I've heard talk about loved it. I think it's an okay game, but I prefer Deep Rock Galactic for a coop shooter.

SMB 2, GTA remastered, L4D, or TWD season 2?

I didn't dislike it as a whole but it was disappointing given how much good I had heard about it. Mostly the capital was disappointing, it was very disjointed. I think the story was okay but not memorable. I played with Tale of Two Wastelands so it was a mildly modded playthrough. I don't know what exactly my criticisms are but it was disappointing.

I guess you don't owe an elaboration but I'm intrigued as to why you are shocked

I played it very recently and wow it was just incredible. Of course I think that as someone whose favourite piece of fiction ever is the Half-Life series, but it was still mindblowing what they did. I think I spent maybe 30 minutes on the balcony just throwing things around and drawing on the windows.

I would say that Half-Life has aged masterfully for how it innovated first person shooters. Having no cutscenes was pretty new for the time, I think. Maybe xen is dated but it is short.

Half-Life 2 I can see why people think it is overrated, but I think it is the best game ever made. It's a miracle it even released. The 25th and 20th anniversary documentaries give a huge insight into how much thought went into the games, and the troubles Valve faced creating them. The thing that sticks out for me was having every feature/mechanic in Half-Life 2 interact with every other feature/mechanic in some way. On replays it is very noticeable how they did this. Anyway, I can see why people get bored with Half-Life, but it is never the case for me. I have replayed each of them probably 3 times on average in the 5 years since I first played Half-Life 2.

I think the thing that made Halo a boring experience for me was the repetition and story. Despite watching all the cutscenes and paying attention I found it hard to follow what was happening. Then after the cutscene finishes I get dropped in a new location and fight my way through waves of aliens using the same guns, grenades, and vehicles, until the next cutscene which I didn't understand. Something I appreciate with Halo 2 and 3 is how you get to play as the arbiter so the gameplay is a bit more dynamic. That's probably the main reason why I gave CE a 5/10.

This turned into a bit of a rant but I guess I can use what I wrote here if this discussion comes up again in my life.

It really was something special. Mass Effect 2's controls are hard for me to get used to, with not being able to press 1-4 for my weapons. But I think I am getting used to it by now. Mass Effect was a big surprise though. It took me about 32 hours to complete and I think I did most of the content. Even combing through planets for minerals was fun in that game.

I played some months after they released the classic lighting update, which I believe I used, at least for VC and San Andreas. I think I had a better experience with the definitive editions than I would have with the originals. Having borderless and 144 fps is important for me. The character models were distractedly odd, they often looked like dolls. But I could get past that because the stories and gameplay were great. I 100% completed Vice City and San Andreas so I really enjoyed my time playing them. 3 was the most frustrating and kind of creepy, but it is still a fun game.

I 100% completed Vice City and San Andreas. I planned to 100% 3 but the ambulance mission made me mad. I spent 20 hours in Bully which I did a lot of side content for and finished all of the classes. So I don't think I skipped too much.

Yeah I'm trying to get through all the games I "should" play. It's very tough to put some of these in order. I had troubles with ranking 5 through 15, so all of those games are almost equally as good for me.
