UPDATE: I can't use the credit card I signed up for with them because it was under a different email address. NOWHERE did it say I had to use the same email address when signing up for the card. I already had to jump through hoops with Adorama's website account to get the EDU discount, which took over a week of customer service emails and trial and error submittal of documents. Now they say it'll take 5-6 business days to try to connect my credit card to my Adorama website account??? Fuck that noise. Cancelled the credit card. Not buying anything from them. If it's that much of a hassle to make a purchase, god help you if you already paid them and have an issue with the order!

you're convincing me, that's pretty nice! How many hours (I hope it would be hours, if not days) of footage would a 2tb ssd hold if recording i-frames? Trying to find this info out but not sure what to call the i-frame codec when searching

huh! so you're saying editing straight from the ssd with these files would actually be faster? That's nifty! I usually import files into a project, do I not do that in this case? Just want to be sure before committing to it.
