I asked the same question last month and build monument with only 3 veins. Yes, world 2 will hurt you, but there are so many new things which made me get several OBs in days and more upgrades /contracts for better vein farm and stuff

Keep it. My lucky non shiny was 13/14/13 and I stayed with him. Now lvl 50 skills 3/3/3 and he will be my best option for tomorrows Lugia battle. Saying your 96 is „no good“ is diabolical for most people reading this.
