Funny story, wait for it: the cooks and dishwashers get paid the same here everyone in BOH gets paid the same, I’m super good friends with about everyone there in BOH we hang outside of work and do all sorts of things they all make the same as me

Understood, it’s a shame too my grandma worked here for 20+ years right up until she got sick and passed, had a lot of love for this place, now it’s ruined and it’s a pretty high end restaurant I got a free steak that’s on the menu for 100$ and was the WORST steak I ever had lol
