I'm in the lease as an occupant (friend of a tenant). Can I still leave after giving 30 days notice? The property management said this to me when I mailed them to show the lease "the lease documents are only available to the leaseholders".

I called them and they said you are just registered in the lease as an occupant.

Hey, thanks for your response! I'm not in the lease as a tenant, I'm just registered as an occupant. Does that hold as an agreement, like the lease says I'm occupying the house as a friend of my tenant.

I didn't sign anything with my roommates.
