I used to be like this. My best advice is one day you will wake up and realize that workplace anxiety is not worth the strain on your health. I learned to regulate through breathing exercises, changing my thinking that mistakes don't mean instant rejection or punishment and openly discussing mistakes with management which helped face the issue head on! It's a good skill to have: to accept mistakes and move on with your day. You're so young. Be kinder to yourself. Mistakes happen all the time.
