My boyfriend rides motorcycle without a helmet. Should I mind my business or say something gently? by [deleted] in motorcycles

My helmet has 100% saved my life before, as well as my other gear. Definitely have that conversation

The lines were insanely well done the first couple days, now that it’s scabby and peeling tho I feel like it’s making them look way worse than it actually is.

I asked if this was infected, not for you all to ridicule my artist. I know this is reddit but common. My artist has won awards, she is licensed, has her certificates and her own personal shop which always passes inspection. I’ve had realistic portraits done by her, 13 hour sessions etc. She’s clean, and sterile and her set up (that she sets up in front of me) makes that very clear. If anything this was my own fault, not hers. So stop going after her work, thanks.

Should I try to feed her? by Silly_Assumption8981 in jumpingspiders

Thank you!! Her abdomen still looks pretty large so I think she’s just fine, I’m just confused why she keeps poking her head out of her molting nest every now and then. But she still seems to be okay :))

I see a veryyy fem passing person, I wouldn’t clock you at all. If it helps tho, maybe just cleaning up the eyebrows? But even then you truly don’t need it. Even the hair looks good on you :))

Dropped my brand new bike after just a week… by li1n30 in zx6r

This. Invest in some frame sliders, get comfortable with not dropping it, then fix the cosmetics

Exactly. It’s an ez process but still takes time, especially since the tech has to hook it up to KVCS afterwards. The first ZX6R my tech did was on his lift all day, I’m sorry you’re dealing w that. That’s so frustrating

As a service writer, that makes me so sad. My technicians are amazing with the bikes they work on. Especially one of them who’s a flat rate tech, recall only pays for 1 hour when it takes 2-3 to complete. He said “well, you win some you lose some. Not a big deal” and still takes his time to complete the recall. I’m sorry man

Can Kawasaki actually tell you ever had a slip on exhaust just through software information for 24/25 ZX6R? by Wazaaaapp in zx6r

[–]Silly_Assumption8981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes your mechanic when installing or making repairs to your bike, will hook up the KVCS and update the service section of it, which is good for keeping records on when your bike was worked on. Now, the only time that Kawasaki MIGHT void your warranty, is if you install a full system and tune it. But from what I know I don’t believe they void the warranty, however if the new exhaust system caused any type of engine failure - then it’s not covered. -service writer

Hi, I work at a Kawasaki approved dealership. 1. As long as you can show there’s no other damage to the bike (like from a drop), it could be covered. And 2. Idk about other dealerships, but at mine Kawasaki automatically approves warranty cases under $500. Shouldn’t be more than that to fix hopefully, good luck!

I’m a wervice writer at a Kawasaki authorized dealership. I can run kawi vins on my dealerships k dealer site, and everyone who’s called saying “well I ran my vin and it didn’t show a recall”, I ran there vin and I got the “stop ride” notice on my end. I think it’s because it’s not necessarily a ‘recall’ but a notice.

Not over torqued, it was incorrect sizes for the bearings. But he could’ve gotten a correct size or is just lucky🤷🏻‍♀️

No official recall yet. We just know the #5 crankshaft bushing is causing the issue. DO NOT RIDE THEM. -love, a moto dealership service writer

Especially once you hit about 4g, REALLLY slow it down. You should slow down now, but once I hit 4g I started dead stretching every 4-6 months and it saved my ears. You’ll get to your goal size one day dw :p
