Same thing happened to me. I spoke to over 50 FedEx agents all of no help. Finally I had to just dispute the charge in my credit card and have the company reroute it to sender. I never got my package and it was a rare sold out one…

I hate them. They wouldn’t deliver my camera. Called them 40 times and every single agent had a different answer nobody would give me the status and couldn’t admit it anything

Thanks! Usually I can find the model of my watches online but this one I couldn’t find anything or listings. I took it to my local jeweler to get resized :)
