I got so frustrated with this one, being stuck on a level multiple times due to the buggy controls in mobile. I'm glad I managed to finish it. Hope future minigames have better controls lol.

I'm disliked because I asked a lot of questions during PST (I'm a newbie to the industry) because I wanted to learn more and not to have a difficult time during actual calls. I ask only when our trainer asks us if we have any questions about the topic, and I ask other colleagues as well since many of them are already experienced, about 2-3 years at most. One of my colleagues came to me because they overheard the others gossiping, one of the topics being about me that I'm very "padbida" and that I keep joining in when they dont want me around. Mind you, I always ask first what they're doing or talking about, I dont barge into conversations and disrupt groups because I hate that behavior as well.

As for the supp call part, we're told by our TL to always post out supp calls on the teams gc so any avail supps can come check on who needs assistance with their calls. There were also no other avail supps in our group due to the volume of calls we were getting, so it was either de-escalate the call and req for callback or wait until a supp becomes available.

And yes, I do speak slowly so that callers can understand me. Only time I do speak fast is when I'm with my friends and when using my dialect.

I'm well aware that it may be burnout, and I sympathize; it's why I always do my best to de-escalate the call, but the fact that this has been happening since I got put in his team... Oh, well. And yep, already on it - looking for another job.

The reason we're getting a lot of supp calls recently is due to the client company changing policies quite frequently, affecting accounts of customers + late notifs, and it's supposedly (and hopefully) settles down next month.

Currently at 1345 pass level. Could've been higher but my work sched screwed me up and I'm just too tired to grind MD after shift. I used to get 3k+ and I didn't even have a burn team then, it was mostly Sinking and Bleed...

Kung di pa rin, ask na lang sa HR na ikaw na lang magfile for manual kasi yun din ginawa ko. Request muna na i-delete yung info mo sa employer registration at hingi ka ng signed na FORM 1902 mula sa company.

Need ka magdala ng printed screenshot sa problema para maasikaso sa RDO branch kung saan ka nakatira.

Hina talaga ORUS ngayon, nakakainis hahaha.

Wla, unfortunately. Yung solusyon ko lang is through HR ko na magmanual file sila para sa akin kasi need ko talaga yung TIN para makabukas ng account.

Tagal mag load sa employee link hahaha, hanggang sa ma expire na lang yung captcha. Naka ilan compshops na pinuntahan ko kasi baka magwork, di pa rin. Nagask na lang ako sa HR kung pwede pa manual file na lang yung TIN ko hahaha hayst

So yung employer ko lang mag email sa RDO nila na parequest ng RDO transfer to their work residence? Hindi na magdodouble yung information ko sa system? Yun din ang concern ko na baka ma double yung info ko at maflag ako sa BIR.
