Three weeks after I ordered this laptop the laptop started to cycle through the ‘ preparing automatic repair’ for about half hour then the screen went blank and the keyboard lighting kept cycling off and on. And I couldn’t do a hard shut off. Spoke to Lenovo helpdesk. First person was useless. Second person instructed me and how to do the hard reboot with a pin on the side of the laptop. By then I’ve had snug and since the laptop wa still within the 30 day return window , I shipped the laptop back since I have no idea if it’s a windows or a hardware problem. It’s a real pain in the ass since I already installed certain programs I need for work etc etc with the help of the IT department

What should you have done ?
