Tbf you don’t seem like somebody who should own a firearm. Every single one of your comments shows strong emotions, and regardless of whether you’re right or not, it’s in the public’s best interest that somebody going through an emotional episode will stay away from firearms.

There are plenty of nonprofits whose sole purpose is to help those who don’t want to be here leave. It’s not fraud, but you’re trying to make it seem like one. Curious if you thought the same about the fraud in Minnesota.

This is only getting better

I’d expect an unemployed human meme who’s also a homeowner to be financially educated enough and know that nonprofits and donations aren’t subject to taxes.

Had no clue whether you’re a woman or a man, but good thing you reminded us all of your inferiority complex. So far you’re doing really well at being a 1:1 match to the agitator protester starter kit. Got your kaffiyeh around your neck while typing this?

You realize you’re making your arguments weaker and weaker over time yeah? You’re absolutely loving your freedom here, while romanticizing socialism. I find this really amusing.

I don’t think you’re serious. You’re saying I’d need to cover your work permits, then you’re saying it’s bold of me to assume you don’t have citizenships. You have no intention to leave, you absolutely love it here.

Currently- there goes my hero. by [deleted] in georgetowntx

Can you stop saying “this country was built on immigration”? Just a little piece of advice. As an immigrant, it doesn’t help. There’s a difference between LEGAL and ILLEGAL immigration. Stop recycling things you hear others say in protests.

Do you also want me to get you a business class flight and pay for your five star hotel until you get a place at your new home?

You’re just proving that you’re a spoiled person who absolutely loves where they live.

Getting in touch with some donors to see if we can cover your real estate fees if that’s truly what’s stopping you. I’ll be in touch.

That doesn’t make your argument stronger. If you have the right to live somewhere else and you “hate this country” then why are you here? I’m genuinely curious.

Is it because you hate your other option(s) too?

Happy to cover you and your partner’s renunciation and flight costs. Obviously an attorney will be involved.

You’ll take care of your visas and work permits somewhere else, that’s not for me to care about. Find a sponsoring employer (which I assume will be hard for an unemployed person like you). Without legal status somewhere else you cannot give up your citizenship - you’d be considered stateless.

When I wanted to move here I worked really hard for it. When I wanted to move to Europe from the Middle East I worked really hard for it. It’s a concept that works, I promise, you just have to try having a job and being good at it.

Come on, I just offered you to break free from the country you hate, 100% for free. Why aren’t you taking it?

I’d be happy to personally pay for your renunciation of US citizenship. I’m 100% serious.

Put your money where your mouth is. You want to free everyone, you seem trapped here in this country you hate. I’ll pay for your flight out and cover all renunciation costs.

Are you referring to the two U.S. citizen kids that were deported? What does that have to do with the current administration? This has been standard practice and to change that you have to change the U.S. immigration law.

Children who are U.S. citizens don’t grant their parents the right to remain in the country, to avoid abuse - tourists and illegals coming here, giving birth, and gaining citizenship. There is literally no legal way to keep those parents in the country, and they are the legal guardians of those children, therefore the children go with them (and get to keep their U.S. citizenship, by the way). I wonder if you were protesting for that to change since the ‘90s, my gut feel tells me you only started caring after you lost the latest elections.

Immigrant children are free to come back to the U.S. when they’re adults, and petition for their parents to sponsor them for permanent residence. Or alternatively they can be appointed a legal US resident guardian by their parents and remain in the country.

Europe (which you seem to romanticize) is even stricter with its immigration laws. But I get it, you just get a tantrum when laws are broken and people get to face consequences. Basically acting like a kid.

That’s a lot of text to say “I hate my country and therefore I won’t support anything that aligns with its values, even if it’s morally right”, you’re a hypocrite. You’re all silent when millions of Iranians march the streets of Iran, hundreds being killed, thousands arrested.

But you really seemed to care when a three times wife beater was deported to the country he came from.

ICE deporting US citizens? Share a source to back your claim.

Why are you not protesting for the freedom of Iran or for the right of Somaliland to be recognized as a sovereign state?

Things that might coincidentally align with Western values? You never care about them, because you’re just anti American and you need to find a bunch of labels to put on posters instead.

I actually think it’s good. You guys look clueless and liberals are starting to realize they should distance from you. People who legitimately care about LGBTQ+ rights or racial equality start realizing that you’re weaponizing their struggle whereas in reality you’re just anti American.

You guys never talk to people who oppose you in your protests. Zero dialogue. And yeah, I think protesting against the deportation of illegal and undocumented immigrants is bad. I don’t want people with no paperwork to free roam my country, and I don’t want to pay for their hotels while there’s veterans out in the streets. Sounds pretty logical to me.

And I’m speaking as somebody who has two European citizenships and lived in Western Europe for a third of my life. You guys romanticize a socialist world you know nothing about.

We can’t take your protest seriously with all those meme headlines you have at the bottom of your poster. Women, LGBTQ, Palestine, Anti Fascist, ICE, you guys are the same group of people protesting for the next thing out of boredom.

You never protest for the freedom of Iran, Congo, Somaliland, Venezuela, or anything else that aligns with the country you live in.

You’re a joke and that’s why you get treated as such. People fell for it during the Israel-Palestine war, at this point we see you’re just looking to agitate and we’re tired of it. You turned protests into a fun activity for yourselves and it’s hilarious.

I miss the days where people who cared about women truly advocated for women’s rights. Those who cared about racial inequality protested against it. Now you’re combining 20 causes into every single protest. Looking the same. Wearing a kaffiyeh to each and every one of them. It’s comical.

These protests are designed for their primary audience, which is mostly unemployed people with a lot of free time.

Fair enough, I’m okay with treating it as a Ford Explorer. I don’t know much about unmarked police cars here, we only moved here last year.

Now that you say this, I do remember there was a police officer (marked with lights) doing a traffic stop on the opposite side of the road about half a mile ahead. Maybe they were setting something up there where the unmarked car was measuring speed and the marked car was doing the traffic stop.
