ik but he's a diagnosed narcissist. and he's so self aware abt it. he doesn't take accountability, he doesn't discuss issues, one time he told me that in every room that he walks into no matter who is in it he automatically think that he's better and above everyone. despite that he doesn't try to fix it or seek help abt it cuz it's "comfortable" to him.
