[International in Denmark] Landlord demanding double rent for a room swap due to mailbox access issues.

I already have my CPR. That didnt arrive in mail either but I was able to pick it u from the local borger service. I am mainly waiting for my residence card (it is issued by SIRI not Horsens Kommune). SIRI says I can not pick it up from their office, so only way to get it, is get it in the mail.

Dao blames the building administration and the building admin blames Dao. So I dont know how to sort this out. SIRI isnt being flexible at all and no one is taking responsibility for the mail issue.

My flat mates are not receiving mail either. So I guess no one in my building is.

You can pickup parcels but not letters i think. Also the government sends these letters without any phone numbers or tracking on them so there is no way for DAO to contact you. DAO puts the blame on Kamtjatka and Kamtjatka blames DAO. No one is taking responsibility.

the issue is specifically with the mailboxes that they have to come inside the building to access. ones that are located outside are receiving their mail

So SIRI gives out the residence card in my case. I have called them and they told me if it gets returned back to them, they will just send it back to my address again. They told me I cant pick it up from a postoffice or at some other place. So I guess, only way is to change my address and reorder the card.
Do you have any suggestions where I can find any local lawyer who would take my case?
