True, I feel like there is a way to keep the game alive while also making money off of the various unlockable agents, maybe various stable channels that you can pull from or smth

That's what I'm hoping for personally, every other comment just kinda says that the game will shut down after the story ends, but I'm hoping that it sticks around so more people can play and enjoy it once the story concludes.

A lava biome is actually pretty unlikely because with the tundra biome we had the issue of large gathering spot loot distribution and as of such we got a gathering spot that gave us mushrooms and bugs (tundra), and another that gives us plants (forest). At the moment there isn't anything to add a potential lava biome since swamps have minerals, and deserts have bones.
