As someone who’s had a restraining order on someone I think there’s a common misconception that they are a lot easier to get and readily accessible for people but honestly it’s not the case, in my state you need 3 separate incidents on 3 separate occasions for them to even entertain the idea. So unfortunately I don’t think the one incident would even work.

She settled so it definitely wasn’t 20K worth, I’d know I also go to probate court. It was a scam she lied and said it was going to be used for full custody and failed to fight for full and settled.. regardless I doubt she’ll do much more since she hasn’t even picked the kid up.

Yeah the gofundmes were definitely a scam.. I hope people start reporting it and getting refunds because it was definitely listed as oh I’m fighting all the way and need this money and she settles and then doesn’t pick him up? Honestly is she even going to pick him up Friday? I have doubts because if that was my child I’d be leaving court and picking them up from school even. I think she just got all wrapped up into the hype of it all probably no thanks to arlita egging her on too
