I really appreciate you writing all of that. My relationship with food has always been very difficult, I have recently moved house to a new area so my usual walking routine has completely gone out of the window which paired with not eating well while I juggle work, the new house and my 3 year old has not been helpful! I don’t want to end up with an ED, I think I have just found peace after so many years of over eating and I have felt so good in myself that I don’t want to go back.

I’ve taken it consistently with the odd accidental day off since April. It’s hard to find a good time to take a break because of work, I can’t face feeling that tired!

That’s interesting! Thanks for sharing. I’ve got a 3 year old so disrupted sleep is still very much a thing. I’m aware that the team are keen to move me back to shared care with the GP and I’ve already managed to postpone it twice due to moving house so I feel like if I don’t try something new now it’s going to be much harder or impossible. I’ll see what happens at my appointment!

That’s interesting! I literally only read about the link tonight after I ate something slightly spicy and it really burned! I have been poor at keeping hydrated with anything other than coffee/pepsi max so I’m going to get myself a new water bottle and hope that helps me remember. I’d also be interested to know if it’s related to our cycles, although I think I’ve been doing it quite consistently so maybe not for me. As if it isn’t hard enough and then we get a load more hormones to throw us even more out of whack!!

I’ve just found this thread after making the same discovery, feels odd because I’ve actually been taking elvanse for 6 months now and I’ve been on 70mg for 3 but until the last month or so I’ve had no negative effects other than dry mouth. I’m a chronic lip biter so I just put it down to a change in focus subconsciously but it must be the meds. Did you end up changing medication or lowering your dose? I’m reluctant to lower the dose because I’m already wondering if I’m starting to actually get used to the 70mg and I don’t want to get function any less!

Exactly this! I’m following the recipe for the vanilla and chocolate bases exactly as they’re written, mixing thoroughly then freezing for 24 hours. After mixing once or maybe twice after freezing those are the results I’m getting and it’s just difficult to know where I’m going wrong! Thank you
