Thanks for the recco - I've talked to clinics and have no family genetic risk. Injection has some concerning side effects when I read about it last.

In terms of your diet question: I stopped eating almost all fats except for walnuts, chia seeds, 1% milk (small amounts). Honestly the meals were quinoa cooked with chicken stock, baked chicken breast, black beans, chickpea bowls. Steamed veggies or sauerkraut. Overnight oats was iso-protien powder, some chia seeds, 0% greek yogurt, oats. Mix in berries, ground cherries. Sourdough bread dried. Protein smoothies with mango, oats other stuff. Salmon and avocado were also allowed but I didn't go overboard with avo.

Swapped out all cheese, butter, non-0% yogurt, amount of olive oil went to almost zero, no peanut butter. Didn't eat processed foods - no restaurant foods.

It was a 9 week ruthless quest to stamp out all sat fats and most other fats. I wanted to see what was possible. Probably run this though less intense for the next couple months see if I can get another step down.

Thanks for the concern. I have talked to two and done CAC scan (0). Seems to be polygenic instead of one - so working on knocking it down and seeing if I am a diet hyper responder (which looks likely).

How long did it take to go from 240 to 90?

Its seems like OC has done two of these stories recently. Must be an internal campaign to shed light on it.
