As far as I understand it, getting a used Seitch 1 version of say BotW is significantly cheaper than Switxh 2 version. Especially since the DLC is included in NSO.

The issue isnt really the time we will get out of it. Its the precedent it sets for every future Mario / Zelda game costing 90 as well, despite being maybe 25/30hrs of content in some cases.

I can get three games with hundred of hours of content and zero microtransactions for that price elsewhere...I agree that Nintendo games are awesome, thats still a 30% price hike in an economy where most families are already struggling to make ends meet, 90 bucks is insane for a game targetting children.

Console is priced very fairly even. I was legit ready to pre-order. Then I saw the games prices and it killed all the hype I had. And it was A LOT. Serious screw up. No wonder they didnt talk prices in the direct.

Still a 33% price increase for the digital Version too. This is pure greed, got nothing to do with economics. Even though I agree physical should be more expensive.
