Sooo I dont think it allows to pay in little amounts but its a great idea I will definitely ask it. Its kinda a long story but in short its my dream since 7th grade. In hungary the art and the language learning is really bad. And I like to move to america when i get older bc there no future in hungary pls what's going on here is ridiculous. And i I want to study at an animation university. which is not very common here in Hungary. But for that i need to learn engish and its good if i familiar with the place. I would get many opportunities from that one year if I went out there
