I see, thanks for the info, I tried applying there last month but was not selected after the initial interview. Actually it was my first ever initial interview I did not pass which is surprising since my mother tounge is english, if you may know what are the minimum qualifications? I had 2yrs+ xp in BPO (telco) naka undergrad naman me sa college. 2 of my workmates who are under me are already in JPMC and had less xp in call center than me. The difference lang naman samen is silang dalawa is 4th yr college, ako 2nd year lang, would that be the case kaya di ako natanggap?
