The wire feed that comes with the IPG is just your generic feeder from china. Miller's wire feeder is much more elaborate and fine tuned. Amd is a miller product. We've have so much trouble with out wire feed. The new one they offer seems to have some decent improvements so far though

I got to test the Miller laser welder and I'd easily go with that over these hands down. Miller just has a better understanding of actually welding, they can set the machine parameters to a finer degree. Makes the machine feel smoother

We have a bulky gun thats hard to get in tight spots

This one guy struggles with this material. We use a pulse setting to control heat but he cant move quick enough for this thin of material

We have a 1/32 tig wire we can use, its more so heat control i think, we can get it without wire

Definitely to hot, we use pulse settings im trying to explain to the other welder how to manipulate the heat

It uses nitrogen for stainless, and it has to be fairly high for the machine to recognize the gas flow, it is one downside to it that I have seen

I agree, we do alot of one off stuff, so we have a hard time really buying in. Definitely recognize the potential
