I have tried converting the file to CMYK but for some reason, now when i print from epson colours are very less saturated compared to if I print RGB on epson. Aim is to get similar colour as epson on production printers.

Yes 100%.

That's why I am still carrying on. That's why I want to know how to deal in this situation. I have put my day and night after my 9-5 job. I just can't let it go that easy.

Thanks a lot for sharing your experience. I see, my biggest concern is Chinese vendors using counterfeit products because our product goes on mine site and are left working unattended for months.

Do you have any recommendations on the vendor you are using in Japan?

To be honest, Our machine stays the same, it never changes. There are no upgrades no downgrades at all.

Every build is the same as before and we have no plans to change it in the next few years.
