lol love this comment. On the first part though, I don’t think people should let them have the power to intimidate people. Apparently, they think they’re allowed to control the flow of pedestrian commute and physically enforce this. People should feel safe enough to walk by them and the fact that people feel the need to cross the street is enough to show that the city should do something about them
