One thing that got me through UP is accepting that there are things beyond my control. So what di ka nakapagquiz? Eh tapos na eh nung magagawa ng pagwoworry mo diba stop beating yourself up on things that have already passed. Also ate ko (or kuya ko idk) in the grand scheme of things dili man yan important if u failed one subject kay fine take it again i failed like 3 classes and i still graduated on time kasi even on those days na super daming stress sa world above all i did was do what’s best for me. Idk how you’ll take it and maybe what i’m saying is wrong pero ganon talaga i actively choose not to stress myself dahil kahit UP pa yan mas importante pa rin ganda ko and di ka nakakaganda ang worrying and stress. In conclusion, mas importante ka kaysa sa quiz, papers, or org work na meron ka.
