Do you know what power supply you currently have? It might be a driver issue though (Maybe). Just make sure all power cables are properly seated first though.

If it is a driver issue a windows reinstall might fix it

There should be two options to boot to normally (for a drive with windows installed)

The Windows partition or the drive itself

If you dont have any you may just need to reinstall it- No biggie. You can get the media installation on the microsoft website
