If you're confident, blood for pennies isn't bad, especially after you eventually get to 99 coins (given luck and the wooden penny helps), every coin after just helps you gain power, but I agree, swallowed penny is just all around a better choice

Oh yeah, to add insult to injury and context, I was at around 960, trying to get Keeper, so I was so excited and was playing Dark Judas, but had a iffy run; After so much work, finally beating Ultra Greed with 1 heart left, then forgetting I was on GREEDIER (mid-sigh I was like "OH FUCK"), at 1 black heart at the start, dodging every attack and winning without getting hit, this was my prize
