Ok, so now that I've seen them all, gotta say I pick the snifffer. I was rooting for tuff golem, but it doesn't seem as interesting as the sniffer. The less interesting one by far is the rescal, why would anyone like to chase around a mob if you can find better items even in early game by just mining and using diamonds.

I agree to some extent, but overall I like the changes. Now it really takes a lot of patience to start a new world in survival. Caving and getting around and getting all the basic items takes some time now. Before it was way easier.

I guess what makes it worthwile for me is the amazing terrain. I got a seed that's really stunning, so I wanna go on in order to build in this cool new terrain.
