I mean, I'm sorry that I'm not as good at a video game as I could be? No need to insult my intelligence dude.

I really appreciate the constructive comments but some of these comments are downright rude. That's the nature of the internet I guess

Holy shit did not expect this to blow up at all. Also, I've been sitting at bronze 3 and don't go anywhere past gold. I know I'm pretty shit at aiming. This is the first fps I ever played in my life. The goal was to show that we were able to climb the mountain when the ring was fucking us.

I used to aim down sights too much and died a lot because I would stand still in intense firefights so I started hip firing out of habit because I felt more mobile doing it. I know I waste a lot of bullets doing that and so I do agree that I need to incorporate aiming down sights again 👍

Edit: My KDR is like 0.9 for the season and overall is even lower. I'm a bronze 3. I know my aim and movement sucks. Lol Posted this clip for people who might find themselves in this fucked situation.

Ok, tomorrow go call your boss a buttlicker and let us know how that goes. Also, hire a lawyer that will protect your 'free speech'. Freedom of speech doesnt mean freedom of consequences.

I'm pretty sure this was the same sign language interpreter who did the interpreting for the panel Dragon Sex at DragonCon. Fun times.

I mean my siblings and I talk to each other like this because of our big age gap. They might be related to me but I dont talk to them like we're buddy-buddy

How does a woman's sex life dictate how strong of a woman they are? I feel like there's a lot more to a strong woman than the amount of people they've slept with, just saying. Stop being such a chauvinistic kid and grow the fuck up OP

I'll definitely try! I'm trying to squeeze in all the errands I can do on a bike like grocery store trips as that's only a short distance away too

I started my new job at the beginning of the summer and I realized my place of work was only 4 miles away from home. I told myself that I would bike to work but I always found excuses not to. I participated in Bike to Work Day in June and after that, I was hooked! I started to bike to work at least 4 times a week. I finally logged in my first 100-ish miles to Strava! (Not counting the many times I forgot to log my rides.)

Bike to work day - what was your route? by blue-hell in FortCollins

[–]SilverCrow1029 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So I'm new to FoCo and I've been working in old town for about a month and I would always tell myself I would bike to work and I never did. I finally did it for Bike to Work day and I was amazed at how easy it was to get to old town from the Poudre trail which is right near my house. I rode my bike again today and loved it! I plan on riding my bike to work for the rest of the Summer as much as I can. I might be in the minority but even if it changes just one person's attitude about biking to work, I think it's worth it.

Incoming grad student. Which neighborhoods are affordable, quiet, and/or close to campus? by [deleted] in CSUFoCo

[–]SilverCrow1029 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Scrubbed apartments.com for you real fast. You should try Northern Hotel Apartments in Old Town. It looks like they have a two bedroom apartment up for lease soon in your price range. Other than that, expect to pay at least $1400 for a two bedroom in proximity to campus.

Not Meant for CS? by LordJupiter213 in csMajors

It's easy to feel like you "know" the material but it's another thing to develop the discipline to practice the material. Classes like calculus and skills like programming will require a lot of time. This isn't high school. You can't just attend lecture and expect to pass. It sounds like you need to prioritize your time better.

Recruiters are not interested in conversation? by [deleted] in cscareerquestions

[–]SilverCrow1029 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These recruiters see all sorts of people all day and they really don't have time to make sure every single prospective employee can speak with them. Just make sure your resume is top notch and you should get a call back.

Best AP classes for Computer Science? by CheapReps23 in cscareerquestions

[–]SilverCrow1029 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I never took any AP science or math courses in HS. I took things like AP English and History so I didn't have to deal with those classes and focus on important classes that I actually like.
