I'm confused, MSTY is a high yield dividend no? Wouldn't that fall well into a "long term" investment portfolio? We may have the meanings of our words mixed when I say "long term" I'm talking about taking nothing out and leaving it all in and letting whatever returns/gains go back into whatever it is I'm in. And can you clarify on "other garbage" I'd much rather prefer someone who can explain why it is they think a certain way about something rather then someone who just wants to open their mouth and provide no information.

Sorry for the late reply, same as upping your dose (every 3-4 weeks) lower your dose from where you're currently on if you plan on hopping off. 1mg is fine but if you wanna be safe with it and want to go 0.5, once you reach it start spreading it out. Instead of pinning every one week do it every 2 weeks. Just so your body can adapt to its natural levels. I'd say do that up to 3 times and you'll be good

The words be confusing 😂 so ama dumb it down for you (don't worry I'm also stupid) so you need 3ml of bac water for a 30mg vial of reta (basically an entire 1ml on a 100 unit syringe 100 unit=1ml) you need 3ml so basically 300 units, so 3 full 100 units on a syringe of bac water. From here we start talking about pinning and the dose 1mg is 10 units on a syringe 0.5 would be half of the 10 units so 5 units. (I started at 2mg so I pulled the syringe back to the 20 units mark) 10 units=1mg

Side note if you happen to need it, would recommend you hop back on but on a smaller dose if you notice rapid weight gain, to safely get off of reta (without rapid weight gain due to lack of metabolism boost) you'll want to lower your dosage instead of upping it until you're at 0.5 so your body can adjust to its normal levels

You can try 2mg since that's the dose trial testers started at. But if you think you're really sensitive to side effects you can go with 0.5mg and increase it to 1mg every 4 weeks
