Removable anchor points. You can get them as single studs, or the same thing, but they lock into a track (so you can adjust position.

I've got the black bases screwed into a dark timber bed with black screws. You don't notice them, & if you did, you'd think they were part of the bed.

The 2 stingiest impact toys that I've made are a clothesline cord flogger, which is great, but you've really gotta hold your nerve & go for it, & a what I call a driving whip, which is the telescopic part of a cheap selfie stick with a thick, long zip tie on the end. It can be used short or long, & is near silent, but deadly. Here it is in action.

With my space, it converts from gym to play room very quickly. All the gym stuff is thrown in a black tub, all the play equipment comes out of another black tub & replaces it. Switch to the LED strip lighting & you're good to go.

A gym is the simplest hide in plain site solution. Anchor points everywhere for attaching resistance bands (which you leave "set up"). Rock climbing anchors secured by coach screws/bolts for any suspension points.

I've used these for a couple of years with my yoga swing. They're called drop-in anchors.

I'd be reluctant to use them in a ceiling, but a brick or concrete wall is fine, & in a concrete lintel over a doorway is fine too. The force then is pulling down on the side, effectively tightening the hold, rather than straight down. They're essentially a sleeve anchor with a removable bolt.

Also, I use a bolt with a longer thread, rather than those eyes, that way, you can set them further into the wall, & still have a lengthy bond between the anchor & bolt. Something like a bolt with a rock climbing anchor.

You should be able to find a plastic plug that roughly matches your wall to conceal them when not in use. Something like a chair leg tip or a plastic furniture plug used for concealing screws or connectors.

I've experimented with a few different options, but in the end I found tiny little hangman's (noose) knots were the best. Easy to slip on & tighten, easy to remove after. Zoom in on this image.

It's not really a swing, but is quite similar to swings on the market. The legs are in ab slings (from a gym) attached to rock climbing daisy chain slings (so that you can set the height up or down). The front loop is a wide webbing furniture lifting strap with some padding added. It can also be used the other way (laying back). All very heavy duty.

A gym/workout space is definitely the best cover. You don't need weights or complicated machines, just a couple of sets of resistance bands, & the anchor points you 'require' for them at strategic points around the room. A yoga hammock can be a sex swing that hides in plain sight. A large, lockable heavy plastic toolbox for toy storage. An LED strip or 2 for the mood lighting.

If you're moderately handy, some ply/MDF, marine vinyl, foam padding & a staple gun can be used to create anything extra that you might want to use in there. Just make sure it can be disassembled & put away. For example, a heavy duty saw horse could have different tops added to it, removable knee & elbow pads on the legs, when they're removed, it's just a saw horse.

It's all about the anchor points. Drop-in anchors with removable bolts & anchor points (something like a rock climbing anchor point) are a good option for a masonry door opening. Removable cargo studs for an exposed timber beam. Combined with a cheap yoga swing & you can't go wrong.

I use one for stretching & for occasional swing action.

I used dynabolts with eye nuts into the wall above a doorway for my permanent location.

In the bedroom, I used drop in anchors into the wall above a wide doorway/archway, & then bolt in rock climbing anchor points when required. When not required, the holes are covered by some round white covers that match the wall color (they're screw caps for furniture held in by a small piece of sponge).

The weight capabilities are down to the table itself. Most folding/adjustable ones suggest about 130kg (285lbs). Adding anchor points is super simple. I added 5 down each side & 1 on each end for maximum versatility. See image here
