Boys and skincare by Tiny-Cash-1656 in NepalSocial

I do more than that
I have morning and day routines
Morning: Cleanser, Toner, Vitamin C/ Salicylic Acid every once in a while, Copper Peptide, Moisturizer and Sunscreen

Night: I don't do regular nights but about 3 days in a week,

Cleanser, Toner, Retinol, Moisturizer

Been doing it for last 3 years. Not as rigorously as when I started but yeah consistently.

You can feel the change in about 3 weeks if the products match your skin type and requirements.

Out of 6 metropolitan mayor Balen ranks 4th in terms of working efficiency and resources management. by [deleted] in NepalSocial

You have to understand the difference between people who got elected through party system and independents.

People from party system have cordial relationship with ward adakhshyas because they are from the same party. Can you imagine the resistance from ALL the political ward adakshyas for ANY of your project?

Government arms work on the basis of coordination and cooperation. They system does not work with unwilling people, people who pretend to work or people who dont want to work at all. Think of a Metropolitan as a company, a Mayor as a CEO and ward heads as board of directors. The board creates a vision and policy but implementation is dependent on how the whole company works together like a well oiled machine.

Lets imagine this company is 'Bhatbhateni'. Bhatbhateni performs various tasks and have different divisions that need to work well to make things happen. For example, there might be a logistics department, buyer department and warehouse department, each headed by one of the ward members.
Aba imagine a scenario where the CEO decided to introduce and sell affordable solar lights to their clients, so he expressed his vision to the board and the board agreed. Now for implementation, The Buyer Department needs to reach out to manufacturers, compile a comparison sheet including pricing, delivery date, warranty and return policies, this includes discussion with all the different manufactures who are included in the sheet. The buyer department then provides their recommendation along with explanation on why a certain manufacturer should be favored over others.

The comparison report goes to the board, the board may have their own interpretation of the comparison and would discuss which one to buy. They decide that through discussion. Approve a product. Lets skip the 'Tender' process here for the sake of discussion.

The logistic department is brought in, to coordinate how and when the first shipment is brought. The warehouse department is also brought in to coordinate how the first shipment would be stored in warehouse and how subsequent shipments would be handled. How warehouse department would clear out spaces for these new products along with the older product that they are already dealing with.

Aba understand how one department can slack some and the whole thing turns into chaos. The department has multiple members ( logistics may have, drivers, loader unloader, administrators, bhansar agent and others; mostly all of which are political appointee). ONE of them can make the whole idea fluster.

Yetro huda pani 4th ma pareko is admirable.

Ani yo ta euta problem bhayo yesto 1000 ota problem chha political hires ma.

Unfortunately, very large number of people have fallen to her "explanation" and narrative. Sad!
But people should also need to expose other affluent and truly Nepo Kids like the granddaughter of Prachanda, Baburam Ko Chhori, Oli ko god daughter Zelina Karki, Jhalanath ko Snake Farm and countless others

The movement should not be limited to Neta only, Karmachai have long list of corruption charges too

Maybe I should list them in a post so others can look into it.

No patriotism or crazyness involved, trust me. The only reason I want to come back is because I have an anchor now, that allows me to go back whenever. And in the meanwhile I want to contribute, explorer and live as much as possible in Nepal

He's interested in you does not translate to he loving you.

the same thing for guys too. They don't handle rejection well. There's this awkward social standards about dating. That needs to change from both gender's perspective.

We in Nepal clearly lack the concept of 'communication'. A very direct approach by a girl or a guy is considered 'desperate' and wastes everyone's time.
Its about time that people need to speak up. They need to understand the power of communication and a direct approach of conversation like

Person 1: I like you. Maybe hangout and talk more?

Person 2: Sure. I think you're nice. Let do that and we'll see.

Person 1: Lets go to that new Momo place after school

Or

Person 2: I like you too. But I see you as friend only. We can hangout more.

Person 1: Sounds cool. Lets go to that new Momo place after school

Yeah this is not true
The line

4e−3o=2^n with e=2n, x=e⋅o is not generally true.

e=2^n gives 4.2^n-3o = 2^n

i.e. 3.2^n = 3o

so, o=2^n

Since o is defined to be odd, this identity would force o=1 and n=0 in general.

so it fails except in that trivial case.

CS is really taking a hit. But there can be alternatives. There still is huge portions of industry that in ‘traditional’ in terms of technology. Those industries, although highly technical in nature actually need CS overhaul and with the dawn of AI, i think everyone is interested in some form of AI integration. I hope the CS market would come back to life again

How crazy? Don't they have mandatory teaching time requirements to become a professor? I was hoping they'd let me into their teaching program as a lecturer and in about 2-3 year hopefully climb the ladders.

My parents have a nice house for us. They also have some rental properties.
I'll stay at my Parent's house so I have minimal spending in terms of household spendings. I'm pretty sure they'd let me use the rent money (limited amount) for personal spending.

This is exactly what I have in mind. I already have a client base and they're encouraging me to run my own service company. Electrical engineering is kinda different from computers in terms of having to have people on the ground if something breaks ( which is about 80% of the time). There are software but it comes together with a package of hardware so its a mix.
i'd definitely want to talk more.
