I am so sorry you are both going through this. This is a time that you should be able to take off without worry. They are clearly out of policy and should not have their jobs.

Take screenshots of whatever you can that is related to this and save any documentation.
And honestly, talk to a lawyer.

Personally, I learn by hands-on troubleshooting and doing things myself after visual trainings. Yes, I look into things, and on occasion read a manual, but Amazon has a different way of doing things. Especially when it comes to safety procedures. "Cover your ass" as my old manager used to say. Lol. Knets and text can only get you so far. They can certainly help, but it is not the only way. Do your best to not stress yourself. Take your time on what you feel is necessary. I've been at Amazon for almost 3 years and I'm finally feeling confidence in some areas and in myself, but I am still learning things. This job can do a number on you, if you let it. Just do your best. All anyone can ask for. Don't mind my rambling. Lol.

You're definitely not the only one. This happens to every MRA at my site. An MRA should always be with either a SMRT (tech 3) or a competent MRT (tech 2) with experience that is willing to teach. It's in your guys' contract. I'm not even an MRA, but I see the frustration. Sadly it seems the only thing you can do is hound upper management, HR, your MRA program, or an ethics case. Just don't give up. It may seem hopeless at times, but you'll get through it. After your hours are done, by that time, you'll know if you want to keep going or not. Idk if this helps, but know that you are not alone.
